If an Unplanned Interruption occurs, which significantly impacts on your ability to perform Contract Work you will promptly notify us and provide details of the remedial action taken by you. You must ensure that all information relating to Contract Work held on your IT System can be recovered as soon as reasonably practicable following an Unplanned Interruption.”
